How to I return my order? 

If you wish to return your item, please send returns insured to the *returns address provided on the packing slip. Returns must be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery from the UK or insured and tracked if sent internationally. The Tracking Number must be retained for proof of postage and tracking and notify us be email with the tracking number.  *Return Postage fees are refundable when we issue a refund or exchange. 

Items that are **non-returnable are those that are : Made to Order; Made to Size, Engraved and Earrings



Refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). Returns must be made within 14 days or notification of a return following the date of delivery to receive a full refund. Items must be sent back in all original packaging and any attached tags and undamaged or faulty to receive a full refund.

Gift Cards: Purchases made from Gift Cards are also **non-refundable and  items purchased from gift cards may not be exchanged to then be refunded. This is to prevent misuse of our gift cards.


Exchanges may be made with exception of **non-returnable items. Email us your exchange request :
