WE DO PROVIDE FREE RING SIZERS UPON REQUEST IF YOU ARE IN THE UK.

How do I order?
You can order safely and securely online through our secure online store using most credit,debit cards which is 100% safe and secure.
Can I create an account with Elizabeth Raine?
Yes you have the option to create an account or login as a guest.
How will I know my order is placed?
As soon as your order has been placed and payment accepted you will see the order acknowledgement receipt order confirmation email to your email address provided.
Can I add a different delivery address to my order?
Yes, you can send your goods to a different UK or international delivery address to your billing address.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We currently offer FREE UK WORLDWIDE SHIPPING with TRACKING. We retain tracking numbers for security and keep you personally informed on shipping ETA. We ship as next day service on all orders unless specified as made to order piece, which will take 6/8 weeks. The 'MADE TO ORDER" label will be next to the item for clear reference. This also applies to Special Ring Sizes .
Regarding International Shipping : Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.
WE DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES FOR SECURITY.
PACKAGING & GIFT WRAP
All items purchased from elizabethraine.co.uk come in our signature presentation boxes with FREE GIFT WRAPPING & ribbon ties. FOR GIFT CARD MESSAGE PLEASE STATE MESSAGE AT CHECKOUT. THIS IS A COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
In the unlikely event that you wish to return your item, please send returns insured to our studio at the address provided on packing slip.
elizabeth.co.uk aims for total customer satisfaction, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, you are entitled to return ordered items. This is with the exception of earrings and made to order sized items. Returns must be made within 14 days following the date of delivery to receive a refund. We must be notified of intended return within 7 days. Made to order pieces engraved with name or message are non returnable.
There may be additional charges incurred by ordering we cannot refund. These non-refundable charges include: any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU, and any additional insurance to cover return shipping. To return an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you returns procedure form.
Please clearly state when you email us your : order number, reason for return, and contact information including name, address. On receipt of your email, we will send you a Returns Code (RC) and return details. Items must be sent back in all original packaging and any attached tags.
Elizabeth Raine returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
All Elizabeth Raine pieces are handmade therefore there may be variations in the enamel colour and appearance. We use a vitreous enamelling technique called Meenakari which has a translucent quality. It is a technique which originated in Persia. Variations in the colour and representation of all goods shown on the elizabethraine.co.uk website are due to the limitations of photographic and web processes and we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour or appearance that may arise caused by your browser or computer software.
Elizabeth Raine jewellery is guaranteed for 12 months. Our 12 month guarantee includes the re-plating of all our vermeil and gold plated pieces. Therefore if your piece does happen to need re-plating within one year, we will re-plate for free. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase date.
REPAIRS & CARE
We do offer a repair service of items purchased from elizabethraine.co.uk for a repair fee upon inspection. You are responsible for postage fees for this service.
